Black Sabbath - Megalomania

Happy 62nd B-day Tony Iommi
To me the heavy metal genre will always be defined by Black Sabbath. Originally formed as a heavy blues-rock band named Earth, the band began incorporating occult and horror inspired lyrics with tuned down guitars, changing their name to Black Sabbath and achieving multiple gold and platinum records in the 1970s. I really love the job this guy avs002 did on this video, check out some of his others on youtube. This song also kicks ass in my opinion with some good lyrics and Tony does let loose with some wicked riffs..."lay back and groove".

Black Sabbath - War Pigs

Happy 62nd Birthday Ozzy.
As one of the first and most influential heavy metal bands of all time, Black Sabbath helped define the genre with releases such as 1970's quadruple-platinum Paranoid. They were ranked by MTV as the "Greatest Metal Band" of all time, and have sold over fifteen million records in the United States alone.
This was filmed December 20, 1970 at The Olympia Theater in Paris, France and has been bootlegged extensively. Black Sabbath was merely a curiosity witnessed by a motionless audience unsure what to make of this new sound. Just a few years later the same music would illicit mayhem at concerts requiring bodyguards and barricades to contain the crushing sea of humanity..."lay back and groove".
